Bed bugs are resilient and can survive a wide range of temperatures, from near-freezing to over 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
So, they can probably survive a trip through the washing machine. However, washing your clothes and bedding is still a good idea since it will kill other bugs lurking in those items.
And, of course, it’s always a good idea to clean your laundry regularly, even if you don’t think you have bed bugs.
